Jean has been not only a Chicago renter and Chicago condo owner but also successfully made the transition to suburbia with three boys. Jean and her family lived in Geneva in the western suburbs for nearly two decades where she and her husband Brian also acquired several rental properties. They have now successfully downsized back to a Chicago duplex in their favorite Chicago neighborhood ~ Lakeview. "As far as I'm concerned, it's the relationship I build with my clients that matters. It's all about setting expectations, communication and trust. I view it not only as my job, but as my promise, to listen more than I speak and to deeply understand my client's goals and concerns." Whether her clients need assistance with financing, staging and presentation, legal advice or home remodeling, Jean and her vetted, trusted "One Team" of go-to providers work seamlessly to "make it easier".
